Each year, outstanding concert choirs from throughout the United States will join together to pay a musical salute to America and the Star-Spangled Banner. This “Concert Choir America” program takes place at historic DAR Constitution Hall in Washington DC.

Each choir will be placed in one of three combined honor choirs, each directed by a prominent American guest conductor. All students will begin the event by joining in a combined performance of the National Anthem followed by concerts provided by each honor choir. Choirs, seated in the round will stand in each section and perform in sequence for all the other choirs to enjoy. The concert will conclude with another combined performance.
